About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff - Strategic Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the President & CEO, playing a key role in turning organizational strategy into action across various programs and departments. This includes translating the company's priorities into clear plans, responsibilities, and measurable outcomes, as well as coordinating strategic initiatives and ensuring effective communication between executive leadership and the Board of Directors. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for strengthening the Leadership Team's effectiveness, promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration, and leading or coordinating major strategic and cross-functional initiatives. Candidates for the Chief of Staff - Strategic Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree being a plus, and a minimum of 5 years' leadership experience. The role requires a demonstrated ability to translate strategy into operational plans, track performance measures, and hold teams accountable. Experience in a Chief of Staff, operations, or executive advisory role is preferred. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders. Knowledge of nonprofit governance practices and experience in human or social services, particularly in areas such as food security, domestic violence services, or housing stability, is also a plus.
