Accounts Payable Clerk

Automotive Accounts Payable ClerkWe are seeking an Automotive Clerk to join our team at our family-owned dealership. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and take pride in getting the details right, we would love to hear from you.Our clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate processing, billing, reconciliation, and documentation of accounts payable and other transactions. The ideal candidate has previous billing experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProcess and post invoices accurately and efficientlyReview paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and complianceTrack payables, receivables, and outstanding itemsIdentify and help resolve billing and documentation issuesSupport daily accounting and reporting functionsWork closely with managers and the accounting teamAssist with month-end closing proceduresReconcile assigned schedules and accountsReconcile other schedules as needed and help with phonesMaintain accurate and organized recordsFollow up on outstanding items to ensure deals are properly completed and fundedQualifications & RequirementsPrevious accounting experience is helpful and pay depends on experienceStrong understanding of accountingAbility to reconcile and balance high-volume accountsExceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding environmentQuick learner who is comfortable adapting to changing processes and prioritiesAbility to work independently while also being a strong team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional, dependable, and positive attitudeWhy Join Our Team?We are a family-owned dealership that values our employees and takes pride in providing a positive, team-oriented work environment.
