Clinical Manager

Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with an established Home Care organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Manager RN opportunity to cover Winston-Salem.

This leadership role will oversee the daily operations of our home care agency, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality care to our clients. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence and improving the lives of those we serve.

Position : Clinical Manager (RN)

Location : Winston-Salem, NC

Clinical Manager Duties:

Manage daily clinical and administrative operations of the agency to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Supervise staff and provide training to maintain high standards of care.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance service delivery.
Develop and Coordinate care plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Monitor quality assurance measures and implement improvements as needed.
Foster relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote effective communication.

Clinical Manager Qualifications:

NC RN License
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required
At least one (1) year of supervisory/management experience
At least two (2) years of RN home health experience
Experience in dementia care and working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
