ABA Therapist/Developmental Therapy AssociateCreative Interventions' early intervention program is expanding, providing home based early intervention services for our clients. We are currently seeking ABA Therapist/Developmental Therapy Associate to join our team!Responsibilities:Provides services to all families eligible for Creative Interventions' comprehensive and Autism Specialty Birth to Three programs.Maintains cultural sensitivity across diverse clienteleCommunicates needs in regards to professional development, policies/procedures or general questions about their role with their team supervisorConducts assessments and standardized evaluations across developmental domains to identify eligibility and ongoing needsProvides services as a Primary Service Provider within the Activity-Based Teaming (ABT) model of Birth to ThreeActs as a service coordinator for Birth to Three families by completing tasksContacts and collaborates with outside providers such as BESB, school districts, DCF and/or other applicable providersAll Candidates Must Maintain:A valid driver's licenseA current auto insurance policyFirst Aid CertificationCrisis Intervention CertificationMinimum Qualifications:Maintains certification by the State Department of EducationExperience in ABA and/or receives mastery score on CI competency checklistState of CT Service Coordination Certificate in good standing (current or obtain within 9 months of hire)
