Internal Full-Charge Bookkeeper (In-House)
We are looking for a reliable person who is accurate and organized. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. This person should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and working as a team member.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable.
* Customer service 1 year (preferred).
* Experience with Quick Books software.
* Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principles.
* Fluent in English and Spanish - reading, writing and speaking.
* Good oral communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize and multitask.
* Organized and detail oriented.
* Able to prioritize tasks and follow up with team members for completion.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office; strong Excel required.
* High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
* Must be able to legally work in the United States.
