Physical Demands Essential for Successful Job PerformanceAble to move 30+ pounds frequently.Visual acuity - able to fully view close and distant objects.Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day.Able to look down for extended periods of time.Able to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and turn.Able to safely operate motorized and manual material handling equipment.Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, 40 hours per week plus overtime, with a typical schedule beginning at 5:45 AM, Monday through Friday. The Production Lead is expected to support production and material handling operations, as needed, which may require working beyond the standard shift start and end-time.
