Corporate Development Manager

Job Description We are looking for a Corporate Development Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a strategic finance professional to play a critical role in driving growth through M&A, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. You'll work closely with executive leadership to evaluate opportunities, build business cases, and shape the future direction of the organization. If you're looking to combine financial acumen, strategy, and deal execution in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, this role offers a strong platform for growth and impact. Responsibilities
- Support and lead M&A initiatives, including target identification, due diligence, and integration planning
- Build detailed financial models, valuations, and business cases
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning initiatives
- Evaluate partnerships, investments, and new business opportunities
- Assist with deal execution, including negotiations and stakeholder coordination
- Develop presentations and materials for senior leadership and investors
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategy
- Strong financial modeling and valuation experience
- Experience supporting or leading M&A transactions
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
