Physical Therapist

Description Physical Therapist at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance in Torrance, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. Responsibilities The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional who is responsible for maintaining standards of professional and ethical practice in accordance with regulatory agencies and the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). The Physical Therapist demonstrates proficient clinical knowledge and skills in providing and initiating treatment programs for individuals with physical impairments. Utilizing a collaborative team approach, the physical therapist accurately assesses patients' needs, identifies and initiates appropriate physical therapy interventions, and provides care to pediatric, adolescent, young, middle and older adult patients. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accredited Physical Therapy Program. Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Accredited Physical Therapy Program. D.P.T.: Accredited Physical Therapy Program. Experience in an adult physical disability setting. Compensation Pay Range: $51.76 - $80.34. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
