The Company is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Strategy to lead and optimize revenue initiatives across a diverse hotel portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with ownership, operations, and sales leadership teams to drive profitability, market share growth, and overall business performance. This role involves providing strategic guidance, developing and executing pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for revenue maximization. The VP will also play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue strategy education, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of revenue management experience, a four-year college degree or equivalent, and a proven ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with team members at all levels. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage an international portfolio are essential. The role requires a consistent professional attitude, the ability to travel as needed, and proficiency in MS Office. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is ideal. The VP will be expected to lead by example, embodying the company's core guiding principles, and to be a key player in the company's performance-driven, long-term success.
