Pediatric Documentation & Authorization Specialist

Pediatric Health Choice, Inc. is looking for a full-time Supporting Documentation Specialist to join our customer service team. This role is critical in obtaining necessary documentation and prior authorizations to support our mission of helping medically complex children thrive at home. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multitask, and have strong communication skills. Experience with durable medical equipment (DME) intake and Brightree EHR is a plus.
