Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Silver Spring, MD by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Sign On Bonus $10000
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

- Competitive mileage pay starting at 77¢/mi split (+2¢/mi on HAZMAT)
- Weekly averages around 5,000 miles with safety, inspection, and referral bonuses
Equipment & Support:
- Late-model tractors (under 3 years old) featuring APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabs
- Dedicated in-house maintenance for maximum uptime
Requirements & Perks:
- CDL A license with 12+ months’ experience and Hazmat endorsement
- Home every two weeks and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)
