Job Title: Warehouse Clerk

Location: Santa Ana, CA


Shift: 6:00 am-2:30 or 8:00 am-4:30 pm


Hourly Pay Range - The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $22-22 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualification of the successful candidate.


Employment Type: Full-Time | Temporary


FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm or 8:00 am-4:30 pm


Job Summary:


Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for warehouse clerks. This is a temporary opportunity with a well-known grading and collectibles company. If you are looking to grow your skills in a fun, fast-paced environment this be the right opportunity for you.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execution of receiving, put-away, picking, and delivery for critical or high-volume workflows
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, shortages, and transaction errors
• Coordinate material priorities with operations to ensure uninterrupted production
• Perform and support physical inventory counts, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and location optimization
• Update inventory transactions in the warehouse management system or via manual logs as required
• Move boxes, pallets, equipment, and other items as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support additional warehouse tasks and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred
• Familiarity with inventory systems or WMS
• Strong understanding of inventory control and material flow
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player - works well with other team members, internal customers, vendors, other departments
• Dependable with good attendance and work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Basic communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
• Solutions focused - problem solver, takes initiative, asks for help
