Location 21 Broad St,Bethel, ME, 04217,United States Base Pay $65,000.00 / Year Job Description We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee day-to-day operations at Millbrooke Tavern and Grille, Bethel Resort and Suites. The Executive Chef will have a strong understanding of culinary cost controls, proper costing, labor management, and time management, ensuring guests receive an excellent experience while adhering to hotel budget and quality standards. Work Performed As Executive Chef, you are responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the resort kitchen operation, contributing to the vision and success of the resort, maintaining profitability, and delivering a superior guest experience.
