Resident Project Representative 2026.05 Columbus, OH

Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. is seeking applicants for Resident Project Representatives. This seasonal position involves full-time status when assigned to projects, primarily construction during warmer months, with work at various U.S. airports. The schedule may include extended hours, weekends, nights, and shifts. Training and start of project work are anticipated in March/April 2026. Responsibilities Conduct continual observation (not inspection) of airfield paving, lighting, and grading construction projects Communicate effectively with other team members via email, phone, and in person Write concise field reports Adequately document construction progress Read and interpret construction documents including plans and specifications Document measurement of quantities of materials used on the project Serve as the Engineer’s and the Airport Owner’s liaison with the Contractor Field Representatives are not responsible for the Contractor’s safety practices or the means, methods, sequences, or procedures required for the Contractor to perform the work, nor for supervising the Contractor’s work personnel.
