Oncology Nurse Navigator – Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care from cancer diagnosis through treatment.
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care journey.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacy, infusion staff, and other healthcare departments.
• Facilitate care coordination, referrals, and treatment planning.
• Provide occasional chemotherapy infusions as needed.
• Advocate for patients and ensure continuity of care.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certification.
• Previous oncology patient navigation or care coordination experience.
• Oncology infusion experience.
• Strong communication, patient education, and interdisciplinary care coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using EPIC Beacon.
