Procurement Administrator

***THE HOURS FOR THIS JOB ARE 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM MONDAY - THURSDAY***Purchase direct and indirect materials that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization.Manage procurement processes, including obtaining quotes, creating purchase orders, tracking freight, receiving incoming deliveries, and managing inventory levels.Resolve supplier issues, such as delivery delays, quality concerns, and pricing discrepancies.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs without compromising quality.Monthly reporting of consignment inventory to Harley Davidson.Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed.Assesses and organizes multiple inventory types.Moves inventory between various storage areasInventory count – raw parts included.Duties and responsibilities may change, and new ones may be added, at any time with or without advanced notice.Overtime and Weekend are sometimes mandatory.Other duties as assigned.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSkills & QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferredProficient with ERP systems3 years of experience in the procurement field (preferred)Experience with shipping and logisticsAdministrative experienceStrong organizational skillsExperience with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookHave a functional understanding of computers.Must be able to drive a forklift.Working conditionsThe worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.The worker is subject to both environmental conditions: Activities occur inside and outside.The worker is subject to extreme cold: Temperatures typically below 32 degrees for periods of more than one hour.
