Pro Services Specialist

PRO Services Representative Pay Range: $18.50 - $26.50 Purpose Floor & Decor strives to be the one‑stop destination for our PRO customers in the hard surface flooring contractor space. This position is focused on building relationships with PRO customers and earning their trust while helping grow their business. It reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports the execution of Floor & Decor's PRO priorities. Primary Responsibilities Include understanding trends in the PRO Market and collaborating with Installation Materials and Design Services departments to build the sales organization and serve PRO customers. Minimum Eligibility Requirements High School diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree or higher is a plus. One year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply, or professional installation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Salesforce/CRM software is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish or the dominant language of the store trade‑area is a plus. Essential Job Functions Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to the highest level to create a world‑class experience for PRO customers. Support the PRO desk in‑store: phone calls, order management, follow‑up, customer support, and escalations. Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PRO customers in the store. Maintain extensive knowledge of Floor & Decor products. Train and support the Store Team on how to use our selling process. Understand the PRO business to educate PRO customers and expand their participation. Assist PRO customers in signing up for the PRO Premier Rewards Program, downloading, and demonstrating the PRO APP. Promote PRO Credit Solutions, such as Commercial Business Account or PRO Premier Credit Card. Coordinate and assist with PRO customer in‑store activities. Collaborate in all store initiatives. Demonstrate ability to deliver effective program and benefit presentations. Possess excellent customer service skills and be results‑oriented. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures. Multi‑task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced environment. Occasionally travel to customer and PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager to present Floor & Decor benefits and capabilities. Perform additional functions, duties, and tasks of a similar nature and scope as needed to achieve assigned business objectives. Working Conditions (Travel & Environment) This position is hourly and may include hours exceeding eight in a single day. May require travel up to 20%. Employee may be exposed to a warehouse environment, moving vehicles, and moderate to noisy noise levels. Medium work ability needed to exert 20–50 pounds of force occasionally, 10–25 pounds of force frequently, and more than 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects; often required to use hands and fingers, stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
