Position Overview The Home Care Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling home care services for our clients. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in the home care industry and a passion for helping others. Key Responsibilities Schedule home care services for clients based on their needs and availability of caregivers. Communicate with clients and caregivers to ensure all appointments are confirmed and any changes are properly documented. Maintain accurate records of client schedules and caregiver availability. Work closely with the home care team to ensure all client needs are met and any issues are addressed promptly. Assist with caregiver recruitment and onboarding process. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and quality of care. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the home care industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Proficiency in computer systems and software, including scheduling software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and caregivers.
