Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, taking into account any existing medical conditions that impact mental wellbeing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals experiencing co-occurring medical and mental health conditions, which may include patients with chronic illnesses, neurological disorders, and substance use problems. The therapist must be adept at recognizing the nuances of these interactions and tailoring interventions accordingly, enhancing overall patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of patients with complex co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with patients.

• Knowledge of ethical guidelines and professional standards critical to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
