About the Practice:

Established general dentistry practice with a strong community presence. Collaborative team including multiple hygienists and dental assistants. Fully digital workflow no traditional film. Efficient systems designed to support high-quality patient care.

The Opportunity:

The incoming associate will work closely with the current provider, gaining independence over time and ultimately stepping into a primary clinical role. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Build strong patient relationships from an existing base
• Grow into independent clinical leadership
• Develop skills across a broad scope of dentistry

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
• Perform procedures including endo, extractions, and sleep-related treatments
• Utilize advanced digital tools for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Collaborate with the lead provider on patient care and mentorship
• Contribute to patient growth and long-term practice success

Who You Are:

• DDS or DMD (or eligible for Minnesota licensure)
• 23 years of experience preferred
• Strong communicator who connects easily with patients and team members
• Confident working independently while also valuing mentorship
• Growth-minded and interested in long-term opportunity

Schedule:

• 34 days per week to start (MondayThursday)
• Opportunity to expand schedule as the practice grows
