Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster positive mental health outcomes.

• Encourage clients to share their thoughts and emotions, guiding them towards greater insight into their personal experiences and relationship dynamics.

• Assume the role of a client advocate, assisting them in defining and articulating their personal goals and challenges.

• Assess clients' mental health conditions through comprehensive evaluations, and create tailored treatment plans that leverage a solution-focused approach based on your clinical expertise.

• Engage in ongoing documentation and reporting of client progress to monitor therapeutic effectiveness and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases and contribute to care strategy development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary patient population will consist of adults experiencing stable and manageable mental health issues, allowing for focused, solution-oriented interventions. The emphasis will be on building therapeutic relationships that empower clients to tackle everyday challenges and improve their mental resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid independent license in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated proficiency in technology, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with adult clients in a telehealth setting or outpatient environment.

• Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• A competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
