Accounts Receivable Manager

Position Summary
The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for customer billing, account maintenance, and contract administration. This role supports accurate invoicing, customer record management, and the setup of new projects, contracts, and service agreements.



Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue weekly invoices for repairs, service quotes, and related work.
• Process billing for modernization (MOD) projects, construction jobs, and special projects.
• Create and maintain customer accounts, including updating existing customer information as needed.
• Set up and maintain new customer contracts within company systems.
• Enter and track new modernization, construction, and special project jobs.
• Ensure billing and customer records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to support timely invoicing and project setup.
• Assist with account reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, or accounting support.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working with contracts, project billing, or service-related invoicing preferred.
