Reservationist

Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
2. Process reservations accurately and in a timely manner using our reservation system.
3. Provide personalized assistance to guests by offering recommendations and answering inquiries about services, availability, and pricing.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all client requests and preferences are met.
5. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
6. Follow up with guests to confirm reservations and provide necessary documentation.
7. Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to reservations.
8. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and offerings to provide accurate information to guests.
9. Collaborate with team members to optimize reservation processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
10. Always uphold the company's standards of professionalism and customer service excellence.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in reservations or bookings.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in using reservation software or similar systems is a plus.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
