House Manager & Meal Prep Support We're a tight-knit family of three, including our joyful 4-month-old son. Both parents have demanding careers, with most of their work taking place in the office. We love spending quality time outdoors, hiking, enjoying cafes, cooking meals together, and strolling through the farmers' market. As our son will start daycare in July, we're looking for someone who can help us keep our home organized, stress-free, and running smoothly while we focus on our work and family life. We value flexibility, calmness, and someone who can add an extra layer of support during our busy days. We are seeking an experienced, professional house manager who is detail-oriented, organized, and takes initiative. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic household and can independently manage a variety of tasks with minimal direction. This role involves overseeing household management, meal prep, and occasionally assisting with light childcare. Experience in supporting children is preferred, with an ability to step in during childcare gaps or help with daycare pickups, as needed. The right candidate will be proactive, trustworthy, tech savvy, and adaptable to the family's ever-changing needs. Strong communication and a collaborative attitude are essential to ensuring smooth daily operations.
