Territory Business Manager

Responsibilities: Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks. Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals. Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and ensure legal/compliance adherence. Use knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities. Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand. Apply critical thinking and strategic mindset to sell in a changing healthcare environment and gain customer access. Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to address customer needs. Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to deliver outstanding customer service. Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the dermatology community and related organizations. Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times. Required Education, Experience & Skills: Minimum 2 years of proven quota-driven sales experience; preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales. Bachelor’s degree (4-year college/university). Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Demonstrated sustained high performance and aptitude for learning.
