Administrative Assistant - Junior
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations for a fast-paced organization in the retail industry. This freelance opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks while working with internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.
• Assist with data entry, report preparation, and routine correspondence.
• Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
• Coordinate office supplies, shipping, mail distribution, and other operational tasks.
• Support onboarding, internal events, and departmental projects as needed.
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned administrative duties.
Qualifications: • Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus.
