Executive Assistant

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a dynamic and fast-moving executive calendar with shifting priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and meeting logistics
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business materials, including sensitive or confidential information
- Serve as a strategic partner in managing executive priorities, communications, and time management
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership and cross-functional teams as needed
- Coordinate governance-related meetings, including agenda preparation, scheduling, and documentation
- Organize meetings and events, including catering/logistics, and capture detailed meeting notes and action items
- Maintain accurate and timely records of meetings, decisions, and follow-up items
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of initiatives
- Manage multiple competing priorities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
MUST HAVES
- Open to candidates with senior administrative support experience or early-career Executive Assistant experience
- Proven experience managing complex calendars in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or multiple business stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly with minimal direction
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience supporting executive leadership or enterprise-level teams
- Background in professional services, corporate, or regulated environments
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience coordinating leadership meetings, committees, or governance-related activities
