Associate Territory Representative - East Texas - Shreveport

This entry-level medical device sales role focuses on building a territory from scratch in outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across East Texas and Shreveport. Successful candidates will prospect new accounts, educate providers on intermittent catheter products, and drive prescription volume through disciplined field work and relationship building. Requires 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, a bachelor's degree, and daily travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across assigned territory
• Educate prescribers and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of urinary management products
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage in accounts
• Build and maintain territory pipeline with accurate CRM activity and opportunity data
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and clinical staff follow-up

Requirements

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel daily in territory
• Cold outreach comfort and capability to manage long sales cycles
• Strong verbal communication and professional credibility with physicians
• Sales training background from ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex, Xerox, or similar (strongly preferred)

Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 base annually, plus potential incentive plans and bonuses
