Join the Ford Family, where we value service to each other as much as we value service to our customers.Benefits:Health, Medical, and Dental Insurance401(K) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off & VacationEmployee Vehicle Purchase PlansGrowth OpportunitiesFlexible Work ScheduleLong-Term Job SecurityFamily-Owned & Operated EnvironmentResponsibilities:Perform transmission inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds in accordance with Ford and dealership standards.Complete work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately.Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues.Diagnose and maintain vehicle systems, including transmission, engine, electrical, suspension, and more.Communicate findings and additional service recommendations with Service Advisors.Execute warranty and customer pay repairs per manufacturer guidelines.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Qualifications:2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred (transmission experience strongly desired).Ford Certification required; transmission specialty certification preferred.Previous Ford dealership experience a plus.Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.Excellent mechanical aptitude and steady hand-eye coordination.Strong customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Ready to advance your career with Pine Belt Ford?
