Staffing Coordinator

To ensure effective nursing care coordination, the full-time Staffing Coordinator will manage scheduling and staffing requirements remotely, collaborating with nursing and pharmacy teams to support patient placement and care. Key responsibilities Collaborate with the Regional Director of Nursing and Pharmacy Team to oversee nursing care coordination Review patient intakes and secure nursing care for patients in home or infusion settings Maintain daily staffing reports and provide weekly updates to management Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience as a staffing/scheduling coordinator or in a similar role General knowledge of medical terminology Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace Proficiency in Google Suite (i.e., Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Mail, etc.)
