We are looking for an energetic and organized Staffing Coordinator who is ready to make a difference. In this role, you will be an essential part of ensuring our center has the right team in place to provide exceptional care. You will work closely with leadership, HR, Recruiting, and department heads while helping create a positive experience for both our residents and our employees.

Staffing Coordinator Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Salary: $43,000-$52,000 per year
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Human Resources preferred, but not required
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a Staffing Coordinator preferred
• Create and maintain accurate staff schedules
• Monitor and maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early departures
• Partner with HR on employee retention and recruitment initiatives
• Assist with annual performance review processes as needed
• Coordinate interviews with Recruiting and department heads
• Communicate staffing needs and scheduling updates effectively
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• NJ CNA certification is a plus
• Assist with maintaining accurate medical records and resident documentation as needed
• Work with clinical and administrative teams to ensure medical records are complete, organized, and maintained according to facility requirements
• Support timely collection, filing, and tracking of documentation while maintaining resident confidentiality
