About the Role

Titan Valuation, an appraisal firm based in Central Austin, is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Appraisal Team Support Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting our appraisal operations, with additional exposure to commercial property management administrative work. It's a great opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and keeping a busy team running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Process new appraisal orders from intake through assignment
• Create and organize appraisal files
• Perform data entry related to appraisal reports and files
• Assist with the creation and formatting of appraisal reports
• Provide administrative support for commercial property management tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Prior administrative work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in-office, full-time in Central Austin

Preferred:

• Experience with AI tools
• Familiarity with Total (appraisal software) and/or Buildium
• Prior experience in the mortgage or real estate industry
