About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its nationally respected program, which is dedicated to shaping the next generation of entrepreneurial talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organization's strategy, operational performance, and growth, with a focus on scaling and innovating the program to deliver measurable impact. This role requires a seasoned executive with a proven track record in setting and executing organizational strategy, leading teams, and managing complex operations. The Executive Director will also be the primary external ambassador, building and strengthening relationships with donors, corporate partners, and community leaders. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include strategic and organizational leadership, operational management, business development, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in executive or senior leadership roles, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a commitment to improving the lives of young people and local business communities. While not mandatory, experience in revenue development, fundraising, and familiarity with multi-site program models is preferred.
