If you’re not yet certified, we’ll support you through the ABA Academy of Excellence to help you prepare for and pass the RBT exam, which is required by the licensing board (BACB) to deliver care. What You’ll Do Direct Client Support Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs Teach communication, social, and daily living skills Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Track Progress & Maintain Quality Collect, organize, and document session data accurately Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families Participating in team meetings and ongoing training Support Operations Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed Benefits & Career Growth Career Advancement – Level Up Program Structured growth to RBT Level 2 and Level 3 ($1/hour pay increase per level upon competency completion) Apprenticeship program: training and supervision hours provided.
