POSITION SUMMARY: Room Attendant is responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of guestrooms and other assigned areas. Ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This includes tasks like cleaning, restocking supplies, and providing excellent customer service. They also play a role in ensuring guest safety and security within the rooms. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Cleaning guest rooms involves vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and cleaning furniture Making beds and changing linens. Ensuring fresh linens are used and beds are made neatly Restocking amenities in the rooms such as shampoo, lotion, coffee, etc. Keeping hallways, corridors, and other common areas tidy Identifying and reporting any damage or needed repairs to the appropriate department Providing a friendly and welcoming greeting to guests Ensuring carts are well-stocked with cleaning supplies and linens Adhering to established procedures for cleaning and sanitization Perform any other job-related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to extend arms over head to perform cleaning tasks, and work in confined spaces Must be willing to \"pitch-in\" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team. Be able to stand for long periods of time.
