Collections Call Center Representative

Job Opportunity

Compensation: $17.25/hr plus monthly performance bonuses

Location: Greenville, SC

Schedule: Fixed 40 hours/week - Regular, predictable attendance required

Workdays: Monday to Thursday

Night shift: One night per week (12:00PM - 8:00PM)

Fridays: Every 4th rotating (9:00AM - 7:00PM)

Saturdays: Every 4th rotating (8:00AM - 12:00PM)

During Saturday rotation weeks, one scheduled weekday off with extended shifts (8:00AM - 6:00PM and 10:00AM - 8:00PM)

We're looking for candidates who are confident communicators, enjoy problem-solving, and can balance empathy with accountability. The ideal candidate is comfortable having difficult conversations, negotiating solutions, and working toward performance goals in a fast-paced environment. You may be a great fit if you:

• Have collections, auto finance, banking, lending, call center, or customer service experience
• Are comfortable discussing payment obligations and negotiating resolutions
• Can remain professional when handling challenging customer conversations
• Ask thoughtful questions and actively listen to understand customer situation
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Are motivated by goals, performance metrics, and bonus opportunities

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent auto loan accounts
• Contact customers to discuss payment options and resolve delinquency
• Negotiate payment arrangements and other account solutions
• Research customer information and assist with loss mitigation activities
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
• Meet or exceed performance and quality expectations

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage conflict and build rapport with customers
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Previous collections or auto finance experience preferred

Work Environment

• This role is phone- and computer-based, requiring the employee to be seated for extended periods.
• Frequent speaking and close visual work, including reading data, screens, and documents.
