Experienced ability to communicate efficiently in discovering each client’s concerns. Candidate must be an effective liaison between the technician and the client to ensure all concerns are addressed and successfully resolved. Responsible for scheduling, selling, and providing estimates to clients. Proactively guide consumers through the Service process in an efficient, communicative, professional manner. Must possess the ability to multi-task while being detail oriented and organized. Ensure that our customers are provided the premium experience they all expect.
