As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Desk in Palm Beach Gardens, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will serve as a welcoming, highly visible presence while monitoring access, greeting visitors, and supporting security-related procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with clients and visitors, and help maintain an orderly environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff at the front desk of a financial services location while carrying out site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Monitor entry activity, verify visitor authorization and identification as required, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and incident records.
• Receive and direct guests, deliveries, and service personnel in a professional manner while helping to maintain an orderly lobby environment.
• Monitor security-related systems, alarms, and communications equipment, and promptly report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
