Location: Glendale, AZ
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Seasonal / Temporary
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our team with back-office administrative tasks. This position will primarily focus on data entry, document processing, record maintenance, and other administrative duties that require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable performing repetitive tasks, and able to maintain accuracy and productivity while working independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review, verify, and update information in company databases and systems.
- Process, organize, and maintain documents and records.
- Complete repetitive and detail-oriented administrative tasks efficiently.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and document management.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Skills and Experience:
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, clerical, or data entry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable performing repetitive and tedious tasks for extended periods.
- Proficient with computers and basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent productivity.
Work Environment
This is a back-office administrative position in a professional office environment. The role requires extended periods of computer work, data entry, and reviewing documents for accuracy.
