Community Manager – The Palmer | Knoxville, TN

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family property management
Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage leasing and maintenance teams
Excellent communication and resident service abilities
Bilingual a plus but not required
Proven success in collections, occupancy goals, and budgeting
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Entrata experience a plus
Detail-oriented and highly organized in a fast-paced setting

Key Responsibilities:

Maximize occupancy and maintain strong financial performance
Lead daily operations, resident relations, and staff development
Ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations
Manage maintenance coordination and vendor oversight
Generate timely reports and oversee property inspections
