Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Catering Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned catering and banquet goals that align with the overall performance of the hotel(s) served. This role involves soliciting and securing new accounts, as well as providing exceptional service to clients and groups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve catering and banquet sales goals in alignment with hotel revenue and market share objectives.

- Solicit and secure new catering accounts to expand the client base.

- Provide outstanding service to clients and groups, ensuring their needs are met.

- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering to strategize and implement sales initiatives.

- Focus on catering sales across various segments, including Social, Corporate, Business, or SMERF, depending on the property.

- Manage time effectively to fulfill job responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in catering sales or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
