CT Technologist

Become a vital part of a hospital team in Hoffman Estates, IL as an experienced CT Technologist. You will accurately follow physicians' scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images in a Level II Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center setting. You will work in a busy CT department and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to support patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience, ideally in an acute care or trauma center environment.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiography program or equivalent.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or ARRT certification in Radiography with CT certification as required by employer.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience working in a busy CT department that supports stroke protocols and trauma imaging.
• Ability to perform contrast administration and advanced CT imaging protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at a Level II Trauma Center or Primary Stroke Center.
• Experience with overnight on-call CT coverage and rapid stroke imaging workflows.

Assignment Details

• Typical shift hours: 16000030 with occasional 12002030 shifts.
• Every other weekend rotation required.
• Holiday rotation required.
• Up to one on-call overnight shift (23000700) per week may be required.
