The Onsite Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring a positive experience for tenants while maintaining efficient building operations. This role requires someone who can effectively manage tenant relations, coordinate maintenance issues, and oversee collections and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations of residential properties
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants
• Handle tenant relations and address resident concerns
• Oversee rent collections and delinquency follow up
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
• Maintain accurate records and property documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
• Respond to property related issues and emergencies as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience required
• LIHTC experience a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with collections and tenant relations
• Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Availability to respond to urgent property issues when necessary
