Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Bradford Airport Logistics (BAL) is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor (OS) to supervise team members, make decisions, and provide excellent customer service at our warehouse serving Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). The successful candidate will manage operations at our receiving and redistribution dock, as well as supplier and customer relationships. A strong work ethic, initiative, and drive to build and maintain a world-class team are necessary. To be successful, you should have:

• Minimum 2 years in team or employee management, with team building and coaching skills.
• Experience in logistics, airport, warehouse, or related industries preferred.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication and familiarity with word processing, email, database, and internet software.
• Ability to lift to 75 pounds, pass a TSA background check, and meet drug, alcohol, and driver's license requirements.
• Associate degree or equivalent direct work experience in place of education.

Your responsibilities as the Warehouse Operations Supervisor include:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient freight handling, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and leading a team to meet operational targets.
• Utilize experience in warehouse or logistics supervision, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of inventory management and operational procedures.
• Experience within an airport or time-sensitive logistics environment is highly desirable.
• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate shift operations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with airport and logistics partners to ensure timely freight movement.
