Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. Answering inquiries about our amenities, events, and activities. Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. Providing information about our seasonal offerings and helping guests make the most of their visit. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
