About the job HS-18 Data & Integration Consultant (D365 F&O) Job Summary We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Data & Integration Consultant to join our team. This role involves analyzing data structures, mapping entities to reporting requirements, supporting data extraction and transformation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data mappings and integrations. Job Responsibilities Analyze D365 Finance & Operations data structures, including Data Entities, tables, fields, relationships, and relevant business logic. Map D365 entities, tables, and fields to reporting requirements and outbound electronic document integration needs. Support data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation from D365 F&O. Work with functional and technical teams to understand business processes and identify the correct data sources. Support reporting solutions by identifying the right D365 data sources for dashboards, reports, and analytics. Support outbound integrations involving electronic documents such as invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, shipping documents, or similar business records. Validate data accuracy and consistency across D365, reporting layers, staging areas, and integration outputs. Document data mappings, transformation rules, assumptions, dependencies, and known limitations. Troubleshoot data-related issues such as missing fields, incorrect mappings, incomplete exports, or reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with teams using tools such as SQL, Power BI, D365 Data Management Framework, OData, BYOD, APIs, or Azure-based data services. Job Requirements 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken. Strong understanding of D365 F&O Data Entities and how they relate to underlying tables and business processes. Experience with D365 Data Management Framework, BYOD, OData, recurring integrations, or data packages. Experience mapping D365 entities, tables, and fields for reporting, integrations, or data migration. Strong SQL skills for querying, validation, joins, and troubleshooting. Experience with ETL or data transformation processes. Experience supporting reporting solutions such as Power BI, SSRS, or similar platforms. Nice to Have Supply Chain, Commerce, or Project Operations modules. Experience with outbound electronic documents, EDI, invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, shipping notices, or similar business documents. Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Logic Apps, or Azure Functions. Experience with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, or other Microsoft BI tools. Experience supporting ERP implementations, data migrations, or managed services environments.
