Job Description: Data Center Engineer- Locations Memphis, TN Chester, VA Cheyenne, WY We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Center Technician to support our data center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware, supporting infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the data center. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers and network equipment Monitor data center systems and respond to alerts and incidents Perform regular hardware maintenance and upgrades Document procedures, configurations, and issues Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for support and escalation Maintain physical security and environmental controls (power, cooling, cabling) Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred) 1–2 years of experience in a data center or IT support role Basic understanding of networking, server hardware, and operating systems Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Availability for shift work, on-call support, and occasional weekends Preferred Skills: Experience with ticketing systems and data center monitoring tools Familiarity with structured cabling standards and best practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
