Executive Chef – Mediterranean Cuisine | Dallas, TX
A leading culinary restaurant group is seeking an Executive Chef for its Dallas location. This is a confidential opportunity at a well-regarded full-service concept with a Mediterranean focus.
What You'll Do:
- Direct all BOH operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and cost control
- Develop and execute seasonal menus in partnership with divisional leadership
- Lead BOH hiring, training, and employee development
- Oversee recipe costing, recipe book maintenance, and purchasing standards
- Conduct quarterly BOH operational audits
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of Executive Chef experience, preferably with a Mediterranean or similar cuisine background
- Strong team leadership and staff development skills
- Proficiency in BOH systems and operational management
