I have quite a few resident that really qualify for assisted living but choose to stay there. It will 1/20 from 7p-11p with the heavier med pass. They Only have ¾ pills on the morning med pass and ¾ blood sugars.

Job Details: Target Ratios: Night Staffing Ratio – 1:40, Weekends Staffing Ratio 1:40. Shift: 36 HRS NIGHTS 18:45-07:15 36 hours can be offered. Will accept 13 week contracts. Call Requirement: None. Patient Diagnoses: Geriatrics Patient Ratios 1:20 Special Procedures / Unit Details: Avg Daily Census: 36, Beds: 40, On call MD after hours, 2 CNAs, From 7p-11P there is two nurses on the unit at 11 it would drop down to one nurse. Unit Systems (Medication, Documentation, Communication): PointClickCare (required), SBAR Scheduling Type: Other Unit Orientation: 24 hours Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day.
