Contracts ManagerThe Opportunity:As a contract manager, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your advanced contract management expertise to our National Security team, where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable team member who finds creative solutions to complex problems for an advanced technology company.On our team, you’ll use your advanced contracting knowledge to capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts within various markets. In this role, you’ll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning capture stages through proposal and execution, and into closeout. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies.As a trusted business partner, you’ll provide full lifecycle support with a focus on terms and conditions negotiation, whitepaper and proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation matters, including contract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, organizational conflict of interest, risk management, mitigation, and intellectual property negotiations, and monitor operational performance.Additionally, you'll support complex contract activities and manage relationships with client counterparts to accomplish business goals and objectives.At Booz Allen, you’ll work with a collaborative team where you’ll leverage your acquisition knowledge and be empowered to succeed.Join us. The world can’t wait.You Have:5+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation with U.S. Government clientsExperience with multiple contract types, including fixed-price, time and material, and cost reimbursableExperience negotiating teaming, non-disclosure, and subcontract agreements from the subcontractor role with industry partnersExperience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plansExperience reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and proceduresAbility to support complex contract activities that require the development of creative solutions and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectivesAbility to establish and maintain client relationships with internal and external clientsTop Secret clearanceBachelor’s degreeNice If You Have: Experience with Intelligence Community clientsAbility to manage a robust contract portfolio of various sizes, scopes, and complexityPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsPossession of excellent analytical skills, to solve problems and mitigate risksActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam NCMA Professional CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;Top Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
